[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Non-compliance after deposit of Security Deposit for installation of A.C.

Consumer no.[protected] As per your requirement for installation of A.C. of 1.5 ton at 15/1, Chandi Ghosh Road, 1st.floor West, Kolkata-700040, I have deposited Security Deposit on 22.05.2014 by cash of Rs.7037/- (Rupees seven thousand thirty seven) only at your Mandeville Garden cash counter. At that time I have got a message at 15:34:11 dated 22.05.2014 on my mobile no.[protected] that " We have received payment against your AC application. Further communication in this regard will be made within one working day". Today, 24.05.2014, at about 10.30 AM I enquired at Mandeville Gardens office at phone no.[protected] got reply that the deposit amount could not be traced. After enquiry of about 30 minutes I got information that at last amount of deposit is traced out.. Then I asked the concerned person to send someone for verification or whatever things to do please do. The concernd person assured me that he will look after the matter to resolve. Please let me inform when your person will take the necessary action to give green signal to running the line.
