[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Non-compliance after deposit of Security Deposit for installation of A.C. | |||
Consumer no.[protected] As per your requirement for installation of A.C. of 1.5 ton at 15/1, Chandi Ghosh Road, 1st.floor West, Kolkata-700040, I have deposited Security Deposit on 22.05.2014 by cash of Rs.7037/- (Rupees seven thousand thirty seven) only at your Mandeville Garden cash counter. At that time I have got a message at 15:34:11 dated 22.05.2014 on my mobile no.[protected] that " We have received payment against your AC application. Further communication in this regard will be made within one working day". Today, 24.05.2014, at about 10.30 AM I enquired at Mandeville Gardens office at phone no.[protected] got reply that the deposit amount could not be traced. After enquiry of about 30 minutes I got information that at last amount of deposit is traced out.. Then I asked the concerned person to send someone for verification or whatever things to do please do. The concernd person assured me that he will look after the matter to resolve.
