Sir I beg your pardon that I (a well wisher of CESC) would like to in form you that there is power hooking going on at 4/3/H/63 Bhukailash Road Kolkata 700023 for that we are facing frequently power cut at evening, but there are some of the costumers that there meter is working perfectly without hooking those who are using AC for them we are facing that problem. It's a citizen duty to report to the authority about the power issue or hooking please sir take some action at the issue mention above Thanking you Yours Faithfully Well wisher
