Having power cut for the last 4 hours which has made the life miserable for my two children and elderly parents. Please look into the matter and restore the service immediately. Consumer No [protected], customer id- [protected]. I also sent sms to CESC at 4.37pm and the service was restored at around 6.30pm almost after 7 hrs of the power cut. Please look into the matter as nowadays our life almost comes to a halt with a powercut as everything we use in our daily life depends on power.
