CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Rude and Harsh behaviour of officer by using slang words at Lake town office.

Respected sir/Madam, I Sourav Adhikary of P-172 block b lake town kolkata-700089, when i went for paying the bill at the lake town office between 10am- 11am on 20/02/2015, a FEMALE officer was sitting and collecting the bill from customers. When i gave my bill along with cheque, she removed the pin and threw at me then she told that spelling was wrong on the cheque and then i asked whether it is possible to correct it and sign on the cheque, but she did not reply, then i moved away from the queue and then she threw the pin again which fell on the floor and i told anybody could get hurt on their feet, She replied that it is none of my business and i don't care about the people getting hurt standing in queue i asked why and then she started using slang words just like an illiterate. Hence, it is a request to please look into the matter and take immediate necessary actions as soon as possible.
