I AM SHREE SANKAR PRASAD SAHA.
MY CESC CONSUMER NO - [protected]. IN THE NAME OF LATE NANI GOPAL SAHA.
I AM USING THIS METER OVER MORE THAN 50 YEARS. YESTERDAY(1/6/15) SOME PERSON CAME FOR AN INVESTIGATION FROM CESC AND WENT OUT AFTER DISCONNECTING MY SUPPLY, COMPLAINING SOME FAULT IN THE METER.
I HAVE BEEN CALLED TODAY AT THE LOSS CONTROL CELL AND ASKED TO DEPOSIT Rs. 41000/- IMMEDIATELY TO RECONNECT THE LINE. THEY ARE TELLING MY METER HAS BEEN TEMPERED. BUT I AM RESIDING IN 2ND FLOOR OF AN APARTMENT CONSISTING OF 20/22 METER. SO IT IS BEYOND MY KNOWLEDGE IF ANY FAULT OCCURRED IN MY METER. HOW CESC CAN DISCONNECT THE LINE WITHOUT GIVING ANY TIME. AM I TAKING THE SUPPLY UNAUTHORIZED? I AM PAYING MY BILL ON REGULAR BASIS. THIS IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL AND UNJUSTIFIED. CESC SHOULD CLAIM THE FINE OR WHATSOEVER WITH PROPER EVIDENCE OF MY FAULT IN A LEGAL WAY, I DON'T MIND, BUT THEY CAN NOT HARASS THEIR CUSTOMER SUCH MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY( I HAVE PATIENT IN MY HOUSE), AND FINANCIALLY. I WANT JUSTICE.
