Respected Sir,
I Palash Saha, S/o Gour Gopal Saha would like to bring your kind notice towards the unethical financial practice and management of M/s CESC.
On 17 Dec 14, telephonically talked with CESC customer care with a lady, I Came to know that on the month of Sep 14 no reading has been taken by CESC official and a adjustment reading has been done. It has been also been informed that due to rain and thunder, CESC official not able to take meter reading.
If you will take last nine month consumption of electricity from Mar 14 to Nov 14, you will see consumption is not more than 40 points. Moreover, most of the time no use of electricity .
This is the total adjustment of meter by CESC official whoever is responsible for meter reading. How come, in month Nov 14, meter reading can come 176. All of sudden hike is not possible, if a person is having 6-8 Rotis daily, all of sudden he can’t have 50 Rotis at a time. So, some thing is going wrong by CESC official.
I hope these cases would bring your notice to the unethical practices that this institute is
into. Therefore I would request you to look into the administration and management of this firm and take necessary actions to cease such unlawful activities.
