My bill for december was rs 450 which was paid through PAYTM.
But the recent bill for january issued by CESC states that previous bill is unpaid. please rectify the billing amount.Already lodged complaint thrugh CESC Website with docket no.-3191359
the payment receipt from PAYTM IS attached herewith for your reference.
please rectify at the earliest.

ThRough 'quick bill pay' tab it was attempted to pay an amt of Rs 3960, which is debited to bank acct but payment successful information was not sent it said 'sorry...'
It seems the web site is being mismanaged!
paper bills too have not been received
message through mobile too is not received!
