Sub: COMPLAIN FOR METER UNIT
This is to bring to your kind notice that I this consumer no. [protected] of cesc would like to inform you about your billing amount and meter read units which are automatically and increasing gradually from this months[October-2013]. No power consumable equipments being added to my house and usage are normal as before but why there is so much difference of the meter reading? we have complained for that through online to CESCno-[protected].They are notable to solve the said problem. After that they did not gave any response and it was observed that due to summer times your department Is taking chance & increasing the bill step by step. Equipment was used from March to April was same and also the timing of not using that said equipments but I had received a bill of October 2013 almost double from the of July and August 2013 (net amount). Hope you will look after these matter and take the necessary action as early as possible for overcoming the consumer haassment.
