Dear Sirs
Further to my complaint (Docket no 32118112 dt 11/10/21) regarding the above subject please note that I have not yet received a solution but I had a discussion with your representative over phone where I was told that excess amount will be adjusted from my upcoming bill based on last six months average unit consumption. For your information I received my Nov 2021 bill for Rs.510 (80 units) where no adjustment was noted. Please intimate your immediate action regarding the matter.
