I had taken a loan against my car which is a taxi. As per the first moratorium against loan issued by rbi at the time of covid 19 situation i had called the bank to avail an moratorium on my loan but they refused that they haven't intiated by their bank so i have to pay my emis and when the rbi issued second moratorium till august i am calling them and had sent many requests to avail the moratorium but still they are saying that they haven't intiated yet and i cant avail it they why is govt or rbis making this false statement and this statement is only in news but not practical, i can pay my emis only when my taxi starts running or else it is not possible to pay the emis. Plz look into this and kindly help me plz

I have got lone amount 47000 rs from capital flot finance. I pay 8 emi on time but delay last emi amount 5222.22 miss. But this emi deduct 23/08/2019 my bank account. But customer service executives are still trying their emi amount for two days 24/08/2019 and 25/08/2019 continue. But anybody informs me i have already paid emi.
So i have 26/08/2019 online pay emi amount 6487.79.
Pls refund me 6487.79 in my bank accounts. I was contact your toll free number but this number is still not available.

Complaint neither has been resolved nor any reply has been received in this connection. Please take appropriate action to resolve the problem. I am a senior citizen, 74 years old with pacemaker. Kindly help.
My old complaint of 13thjan 2019 is as follows:
A fixed deposit no m 3608, amount rs.12000/-was sent to you duly discharged after the maturity date10.01.2002. As per clb orders the amount received by me includes-rs 382-warrant no.2027187 dated28. Feb 2005, rs.1000/-warrant no 2041772 dated15.12.2007, rs/-1500/-warrant no.2047863 dated15.12.2008 andrs1000/-instrument no#894272 dated17.12.2009 client ref no.:-clb order no-13/10/09 / 2054442/m3608. After this neither any amount nor any intimation has been received till date. We have written mail/letters many times but there is no response/acknowledgement from their side.
I - mrs kirti saxena the first holder am 74 years old and am on pace maker since 2007 and my husband-lt. Col. R c saxena, the joint holder. Is 82 years old and has undergone open heart surgery in 2004. That is both o[censored]s are veterans and heart patients. We want our hard earned money back in our life time - principal as well as interest at the earliest.
Our present postal address is:-house no. 9, ganesh colony, naya bazar, gwalior m. P. Pin 474009.
An early reply/payment is solicited.

So it can be used this card are completely and no duue and no repayment.

But the check the process can the handale and not completely work.

And customer can not complete answer.

This has reference to my fixed deposit made with ceat financial services on 19.06.1999
Fd nos : c[protected] and c[protected] for an amount of rs 18000/- each. The above said fixed deposits were matured on 20.06.2000 with a maturity value of rs 20798/- each.
Payments of the above said fds remain unpaid though there were some part/installment payments.
Nos of mails and letters were given to the company but there is no response from them till date.
Request to take up the matter with them and resolve the issue.

This message came today on my phone. As i have no current loan and no due left so i would like the immediate authority to look into this matter. Now this messege by capital first puts me into worry.
Please look into this matter and try to solve within 30th of may.

I dont understand how my account is getting loss of 500 rs in form of ecs when i hvent taken any electronic on since last 6 months.//6 months ago i got an lcd which was settled within 8 mnths but after almost 6 months i got an deduction of 500rs in the name of futurem capital in form of ecs...
Such a cheap activities is this... By any mean i m gonna file a fir against your company but at the same time i would request you to look in to this matter.
