Repayment of my fd

WE NEED THE MONEY URGENTLY TO PAY MY WIFES HOSPITAL BILLS

Refund fd money

FD No:15513 of 18/01/2012 for 41, 000/- Matured on 17/1/2014
More than eleven years have passed but settlement is not in sight. Repayment of a sizable amount per month would have cleared the fd amount from the year 2014 onwards. Active consideration needs to be paid to senior citizens as they r retired and having any source of income generation. Pray God for earliest solution...

      I have not received FD amount after maturity even after elapse of so many years. I am 72 years old having responsibility of the dependent unmarried daughter. I am also suffering from several chronic complications which involve huge recurring expenses
      I shall be grateful if matured FD amount with interest is urgently settled.

        Good evening
        I had submitted the FD reciept no 14932 dt. 27/12/2011 . the receipt is for Rs 25000/- cummulative deposit maturing on 27/12/2014. I had summitted the cancelled cheque also to the company for the deposit repayment.
        I am in financial distress. I request to get the repayent of the principal along with interest.

        I had deposited 25000/- vide cummulative deposit receipt 14932 on 27/12/2011 maturing on 27/12/2014. company did not pay the maturity value. On 05/07/2023, i requested on the consumer complaint portal. i was asked to pay 8820/- as lawyer fees, as the forum informed that I will be paid 25000+12x2000 amounting 49000/-. I paid the amount to [protected]@upi which was in the name of Prince Bhardwaj that day. today this UPI is in the name of one ARJUN. One person shri Rahul was in regular touch with me. I was told that I will get the amount after 14 working days. after 10 days after the payment, I got a mail that i have to keep 9000/- in my account as RBI will ask for verification by taking 8820/- and will generate scratch card. I contacted RBI and was informed that there is no such procedure. Shri Rahul also was justifying.I got a mail that I need not pay and I need keep 9000/- I provided 9000/- in my account and informed and informed by mail. I gat a reply that RBI will as for transfer of the amount and I should do that within 180 sec. after that I will be getting my deposit payment. I did not receive any RBI message. Shri Rahul stopped calling. three days back I got a mail that since I did not pay, I am doing fraud and I will be taken up under various sections of IPC . Shri Rahul had introduced himself as cyber crime lawyer. I feel cheated.

            We have submitted our FD receipts for payment in the year 2014, we are yet to receive the disbursement of the same.

            The FDs were in the name of my father and mother.

            My father passed away in Sep 2020, we request you to kindly settle the FDs

              My Grandfather deposited Rs. 1, 50, 000 as Fixed Deposit, for 36 Months. Which matured in April, 2015. But still not received any amount. Tried to contact company but couldn't reach and Mail is also undelivered.

                  Repayment of FD amount & Interest

                  I am a super senior citizen and invested my provident and
                  savings money to the extent of 41, 000/- vide FD receipt
                  No 15513 dated. 18/1/2012 and matured on 17/1/2014.
                  In spite of regular follow-ups and reminders no positive results.
                  The rising cost of living and medical expenses are unable to
                  meet effectively in the absence of interest on investments.
                  May I hope to get back my hard-earned money?...

                  I am a senior citizen with 73 years of age and its my hard earned moneys that i had invested and not received the maturity funds from a company-Plethico pharmaceuticals .FDR no: 9127 for Rs.3 lakhs matured on 18/07/2013 invested in the name of C V V RAJAN and another FDR no: 16977 for Rs.1.5 lakhs matured on 21/03/2015 invested in the name of S GEETHA.                               I notice the place of my residence has been quoted as Tenkasi (Tamil Nadu). Kindly note I am a resident of Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) and NOT
                              Tenkasi. I am still restless (even @the age of 85) for the lack of sympathy
                              on the part of the defaulting company. At least, adoption of installment
                              payments towards the FD amount should have been initiated. As told
                              earlier I am still under medical care for my heart problems. If the
                              refund is effected it will be very helpful to meet my medical bills.
