The overall purpose of CGHS is flouted when there's too much of paperwork involved. I noticed many senior citizens standing in long queues in CGHS dispensary just to obtain permission for consultation. Why can't this process be made online? Moreover, the billing section of hospital also is not simple. The patients are being asked to go to multiple windows to get the billing done. Was this information helpful? |
