[Resolved] Chairman Cum Managing Director, BSNL, New Delhi — my complaint not being attended to | |||
Dear Sir, My complaint Docket No.[protected] placed on Friday 12 Dec 2013, not being attended to. Earlier complaint you have closed and gave me service for one hour. Again the telephone went dead. I have been placing several complaints in the recent past because of erratic services from telephone and internet. It is day number 8 since my telephone/internet are dead. Last complaint docket number is given below. Repeated complaints do not evoke any response from your stony hearted officers at KR Puram Exchange in Bangalore. I have pleaded to you to give a response or say sorry in case you are not able to rectify the problem. I am a BSNL customer for the last twenty five years. Do I not deserve a reply from you as to why you cannot repair the telephone fault early? I have started feeling ashamed of BSNL, who promise to give customer satisfaction in your address. Do I as a long standing subscriber, have no rights of listening to you for your difficulties? Sir, Why don't you please intervene and rectify the defect or say sorry, I shall seek better resources for my communication needs. I was about to thank you when I got an SMS that my complaint is closed. It lasted for One hour and again the phone and internet are not working now. I have made a repeat complaint vide docket no.[protected] today . Please rectify fast. I will only say that the corrective action taken by you is not effective. Please find the root cause and rectify, do corrective action so that the defect does not repeat at all. I shall count the number of complaints I lodge every week/month to make you ashamed on your job. I shall still wait for your sorry to seek alternate means/resources for my communication needs.
