IN OUR LOCALITY MUCH PROBLEMS ARE GOING ON. IN THIS CONNECTION WHEN WE CONTACTING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE [protected] THEY SOME RECEIVES THE CALL . WHEN WE REQUESTING FOR REGISTER THE COMPLAIN THEY SIMPLY SAYING THIS TYPE OF COMPLAINT CAN NOT REGISTER HERE, YOU GO TO YOUR NEAREST BSNL OFFICE THERE YOU TELL YOUR PROBLEMS, BY TELLING THIS THEY ARE DISCONNECTING THE CALL. WHEN CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT TAKING CARE OF THE BSNL CUSTOMERS WHAT THE USE OF CUSTOMERCARE IN ODISHA. NO NETWORK IS STAYING IN BERHAMPUR SINCE A LONG TIME i.e. 2009 TO TILL DATE. THEN YOU SIR THINK OF THE DATA CARD CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS. WHEN BASIC MOBILE SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDING THEN WHO WOULD BE INTERNET FACILITIES IN ODISHA.

IN THIS CONNECTION I SEND MUCH MAIL TO YOU AS WELL AS ODISHA CIRCLE HEAD CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER, BSNL ,BHUBANESWAR INCLUDING YOUR GENERAL MANAGER MOBILE SERVICES. SOME OF YOUR OFFICERS JUST SITTING OVER HERE TAKING SALARY WITHOUT GIVING PROPER SERVICES TO BSNK CUSTOMERS. THEY NEVER HEARS THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS. WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT IS AVOIDING TO RECEIVE UP THE COMPLAINT WHAT ABOUT STAFFS. ONLY SOME OFFICERS ARE HERE TO SIFT UP THE RESPONSIBLE TO OTHER PERSON.

IN NIGHT TIME NETWORK IS NOT COMING INSIDE HOUSE. WHEN CALL COMES TO MOBILE WE HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE THE HOUSE IF NETWORK IS AVAILABLE IN OUTSIDE OTHER WISE MOBILES RING WILL STOP AUTOMATICALLY BEFORE RECEIVE THE CALL.

IN CHANDRAMCHANDRAPUR THERE IS MUCH PROBLEMS ARE GOING ON. WHEN IN BERHAMPUR TOWN NOT NETWORK WHAT ABOUT THE RURAL CHANDIRAMCHANDRAPUR NEAR POLASARA .

MAY I KNOW FROM YOU THAT IS ANY OF YOUR OFFICERS ARE AXESS WITH THE PRIVATE COMPANY. LIKE RELIANCE,AIRTEL,UNIOR,TATA ETC. IF IT IS NOT WHY NOT THEY ARE GIVING PROPER SERVICE TO BSNL CUSTOMERS.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM BEHIND THIS.WHEN PRIVATE COMPANIES ARE GIVING GOOD SERVICES THEN WHAT IS THE GOVERNMENT COMPANY BSNL. WHAT IS THE MAIN PROBLEMS.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE IMMEDIATE STEPS OF RACTIFY THIS MOBILE NETWORK PROBLEMS,AND BETTER TO CHANGE THE CUSTOMERCARE WHICH IS GIVEN TO A PRIVATE COMPANY FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER.
BECAUSE CUSTOMERCARE IS OUTSOURCES THAT IS WHY THEY ARE MIBEHAVING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

MD, BSNL

I have taken broadband wifi connection with my existing no([protected]) but due to non working of wifi I have returned my conncection but till date after long followup i am not getting my advance snd security deposit.if the complaint is not solved within stipulated time i have to go for consumer court.Kinly process the same on urgent basis
