    My son booked CU exam for admission to B.Tech course. Upon selection, paid INR 10, 000/- to claim scholarship. Now, we have decided to withdraw our admission from CU. Wrote email to CU on [protected]@cumail.in, [protected]@cumail.in and [protected]@cumail.in but not getting any reply. When asking for feee, they have all buttons available to accept payment but when withdrawing there is no button. Don't book any seat here. They are fraud. Their agents will keep calling you day and night but once you paid they are all gone. I am going to pursue this matter and already written to grievance cell at UGC and will also file RTIs and finally court. No one can erase money trail. I wrote them well in advance for withdrawal and have emails as proof to be submitted to wherever possible.

      I was mba student from Chandigarh university and after 1st semester in February after paying the fees of 2nd semester I decided to drop out mba as I was interested in other course and on 9 February 2022 I applied for cancelation of my admission. Also on 24th of February 2022 I went to college to complete my noc but registrar sir did not sign in noc only his sign was remaining in that noc. The reason he did not sign as I was not having my migration certificate i requested him alot that my pervious college has not provided the migration, as soon as it will come i will provide you the reason my college not provided as the final report cardof 6th semester was also remaining after full result we get migration.
      Registrar sir told no you have to provide migration i told him it will take time also all the other all things were clear from my side. He told me when it will come you do courier in chandigarh university and he told that you will get your fees back and maximum 90days it will take only this information he gave me. MY migration came on may 2022 I courier him and I pay my fees 99500 and I was geeting 1850 on the basis of security money waited for so long and only 1850 they transfer
      Even from February 2022 i have not attended classes and within 15 days I have applied for my cancelation of admission, and according to policy of refund I am eligible to get 100% of my fees back.Now I do gmail asking them, but the university is not replying.Dont know whom to ask now and how to get my fees back..
      Just because of migration they did this to me
      I trusted the university
      So please kindly help me.

According to refund policy the 100% refund would be done of the registration fees whereas University is not responding to mails.           I have a complaint about your university. Actually, ai was given a exam on yesterday and it was going very good . All my questions are correct and I am confidently known that all my questions are correct . But today I am see my result it just opposite. I have secured only 62% and I know i am doing very well. It going to be a scam with me and I have a very very need for a scholarship because my family condition is not good to pay that fees. I know that i secured 91 to 99% in cucet but because of scam i dont secured it. Its your responsbility to check out that scam to not give the 100% correct marks and scored which the students have to. Kindly give me a chance to give a exam, I bet you to secure the good marks above 90% . If you don't do that type of scam. Kindly check that and again scheduled my exam . If you don' t do that, I complaint to the Education Minister of Government which give such type of policy and scholarship for needy students.

            Well my story is long but i tell firstly i recieve a call from a counseller from chandighar univercity he played with my braqin to complete his task like to full fill the admission and also to compelet the call minuter and then i agree to trake admission and he played with my mind with such a tricks and told me many things because my parents didnt support me and i want to study and without the permission of my parents i took admission and when i say to cancle he again plays that i have sent an email and your admission will we cancle and you will receive the eamil on 31 may on 2022but yet i recived any thing and again i ask hin to cancle to day he was saying that i have left myy job doo it by you self now what i can do can any one tell . when i call to chandighar univercity no one i picking phone hoe i can solve my promlem plz hel me

              Most overrated University, money minded, make money by unfair means, because of this I lost a year and half and the fees also they said they will return it and now they refuse to return the fees. They took the fees and after that when I got admission they told you have to give the pay for the exams as you join too late. They dint told me this before I was paying the fees after the payment they asked for the money for the exams. For everyone who want to study here just don't they will just eat your money.

                Hi,

                I have submit the admission form at Chandigarh university for MBA (Distance)
                on November`21,
                during admission processing one of my document not available at that time
                due to this after a month I got a call and she said we are forward you admission request to FY[protected] or you can withrawn it,

                I said I want refund then she send me a refund form on 30th Dec 2021
                same day I Had submit the refund form since

                I am calling them asking about the refund I am not getting proper refund status not even received my money yet

                It been 2 month I am following up for my refund they are harassing

                if admission not happen why they are taking time

                even not replying

                  I have been in trouble since december related to document which were yet to be completed, i have asked about from many staff members of loan department of concerned university. But as i called one sir from loan department behaved in abrupt manner which deem to be unacceptable from every angle, a person come with some uncertainity to get them cleared but as disgusting behaviour is declined the reputation o[censored]niversity. kindly put such staff into psychological classes to learn how to deal with students in better manner to get their queries resolved otherwise a complain can also be filled outside university about such behaviour.

                    I applied for admission in January 2022 session on 5th Jan. However, due to some personal reasons I have changed my mind and send email with my request for cancellation. I received an email from Helpdesk on the same day stating they will get back soon. Its been 14 days now, and when I contacted the university again, I was being told that it takes 3 months. I can't believe it. My admission was not even confirmed. What for 3 months ?

                      On 22 December it was my quantum mechanics paper under subject code SPT-602 and during the exam I lost my internet connection multiple times then I went to another area to complete my exams but when I logged in again it showed me thank you your test is complete but there was still time left when I was giving my paper. After completing I submitted error report but still I didn't receive any reschedule reply for University side. My uid is 18MSP1075.

                          First and foremost, this isn't the first time.
                          The software they are using for evaluating marks on the basis of choices made in online exams is sick. Even the full form answered in the exams shows 'Incorrect' in the result report.
                          Example:
                          Question: What IAS full form is?
                          Answer: Indian Administrative Services
                          Report: Incorrect

                          5-10% is acceptable but we see almost 50% difference in the evaluation and that's insane. Then what's the need of attempting the exam. I have already sent a mail to the admin but there's no solution. What's funny is when we demand the question and answer(our selection) report, there wouldn't be a reply. You can resolve this by sending me, my detailed report then you understand what I'm saying

                            My name is Ritika Rawat .
                            I took admission in Chandigarg University on 29th August for pharm d batch .
                            They even added me to the whatsapp group of pharm d batch ..
                            I even attended classes for somedays and then I dont know what happened but from 22nd September I was unable to attend the online classes ..
                            After going behind them so much for 5 days they said me that they have cancelled my seat ..
                            But I haven't got any mail or message or phone call telling me about the cancellation of my seat .
                            And they already took 5000 for the booking of the seat ... So before cancelling atleast they should inform once ...

                            And as my classes were started I thought my admission was done so I even didn't applied for any other university. And as they are sayong now about the cancellation .Where will I go ... Now admissions for other universities are also stopped ..

                            Please help me out about this issue . As its a big headacke and mostly my whole year will be wasted ..

                            Help me out with this and please let me get my admission and seat back ..

                              I had applied for PH.D at Chandigarh University for the January 2021intake. The exam was online in the month of January with adherence to the Covid 19 protocol. But due to technical issues, I couldn't log in to the exam, resulting in not being able to appear for the PH.ad entrance exam. I was promised by Mr. Raman Kakkar, from Chandigarh University that an amount of rupees 1100 i.e the PH.d entrance fees will be refunded back to me but to my dismay nothing happened. I called him so many times and he has always made fake claims and promises to return my money. Also, I have mailed the university umpteen times in the same regard but in vain. I request you to take an immediate action else I'll have to bring this matter up with the VC/VP of the university as well as the media.

                                This is to inform you that the university is not initiating refund to me and i’m on regular follow back from the last 15 days. I have paid my CUCET fees in month of may i.e. ₹1000 and it got failed again i tried to made payment and again it got failed and ₹2000 got deducted from my account and in order to give CUCET I had asked to pay again ₹1000 but the amount got deducted from my bank and now when i have provided the university regarding payment detaild provided by my bank they have intiated a partial refund of ₹1000 and said that for remaining ₹1000 kindly grant us approval from admission team. I have contacted admission team many time so the told me that excess ₹1000 has been refunded for remaining ₹1000 is non refundable. But then i told them that in those case money is non refundable when i have not given the exam but if the payment get failed and they asked me to pay again then its not my fault & then they have to return it…

                                  It is harassing and so frustrating that this so-called Chandigarh University Online Mode not giving admission to EIILM University students wow! I have completed my BCA from EIILM university in a Regular mode and I have all the original documents with me even the admit cards and also the HRDD Sikkim letter but what can I say, EIILM University has cheated thousands of students through Distance Education but they had valid regular courses running on their Sikkim campus, why this university don't understand this thing and University was also UGC Recognised as per UGC norms. Salute to Chandigarh University ODL for demotivating and demoralizing students, EIILM had brilliant students also, why are guys are forgetting it.

                                    I had applied online for ba llb 5 year program but the seats were full and university didn't close the resignation form . After applying i received a call from the University offical that seats are not there for program . The university misguide the students while university officials can update the status of seats of this program. University officials knowing do this to collect fee from poor students.

                                      Mam/Sir I Teshal Valecha of B.com 1st year 2nd sem. and Chatanya Valecha of B.com 1st year 2nd sem. We have not received any mail of our exams and assignments.. even we have file a complaint to cu reception and complaint a mail in cu mail box.. but no respond is there. So how we can complete pur assignments wihout getting any complaint and even our exam datesheet have not been given to us.. So please resolve my problem

He provided me with wrong information and latter said I am not eligible now when I am calling him he is not responding and once we had a talk he stated that ur amount will be refunded but it will take 5 to 6 days . I waited for a week now he is saying it will take 45 days . The admission counsellor on the other half is saying it will take 90 days .
