I have paid rs.10, 000 for the confirmation of admission seat in mtech in chandigarh university as i was told by one of their admission counsellors that only 2 seats are left and i must do hurry, which is basically always a lie and with this they get students like me trapped.
I was being sponsored for my studies by one of relatives as my family’s financial condition isn’t good. And due to some incident the person who was sponsoring me, said he won’t be able to do so.
And so i can’t pursue my studies, and when i asked them for the refund of my money, they said it will take 2-3 months. I request you to kindly please help me to retrieve the money as soon as possible as the amount is very big for us.

I took admission in chandigarh university for mba in logistics and supply chain management but on 5th july 2019 i got to know that they have closed the course of logistics and scm. and even they did not inform me about this and now i am demanding my money but they are not cooperating with me. they also spoiled my career and now i am in a lot of pressure because most of the colleges of application has closed so please take a stern action against chandigarh university.

Sir, I decided to take admission in Chandigarh University, Mohali. So i did a fastrack admission registration through their website by paying a fee of ₹10000. At the time of admission the college seeked for submitting all my academic certificates and marksheets. I decided not to take admission because I had to submit all my documents. When i asked them about the refund of fastrack registration money the receptionist told me the money cant be refunded now, but earlier i was given assurance that I can take the money back if i don't take admission. Sir i want you to take imminent action against the matter because we are financial weak and that money matters a lot because its my fathers hard earned money.

I reserved my seat in chandigarh university by paying 10000 and first they assured me if i get admission in delhi university or some other university they would return the money. They assured me give 9000 after the deduction of 1000. But now i cancelled my application form and when i took admission in some other college and contacted them for refund the rest 9000 they refused to give it. I want my money back.

Due to some inconvenience i can't take admission and informed the authority about same. They asked me to put my request here.

I have paid Rs. 10, 000 for the confirmation of admission seat in chandigarh university as i was told by one of their admission councellors that only one seat is left and i must do hurry, which is basically always a lie and with this they get the students like me trapped.
Now i have changed my mind as my father cannot afford their fees which is quite high for people like us.Now i only request them to please refund my fathers hard earned money back so that i can get myself asmitted in some other college as soon as possible.But after contacting them about this fact they told that the refunding can take upto 3 months and if this happened i can't take admissions in any college because i am in need of that money..please help

In order to avail your program fee refund, You have to generate a request by using the following steps:-

Step 1 - Kindly email your details at [protected]@cumail.in

Step 2 - CU Refund Team will review your details and respond you by activating a refund form on your CUIMS account. This process will take 2-3 weeks.

Step 3 – You need to fill the complete REFUND FORM activated at your CUIMS.

Step 4 - You can Track your Refund Request progress through your CUIMS Account. Our team will stay in touch with you or You can ask any query at email ID shared above.
