Chandigarh University — Chandigarh university refund my fees

Respected sir,
I Registered my seat at chandigardh university with a payment of rupees 5000 which i have paid online on portal.
as this fee was refundable with a loss of rupees one thousand rupees,
i have decided to take admission in your university but i couldn't take admission due to some reasons..
then, i contacted to my admission officer named vaibhav sonone.
and got a information from there that my money will be returned to me with in 45 days.
and i am unable to login in my cuims portal.
now, more than 45 days are over...
the refund is not reflecting in my account..
kindly return my money sir/mam.
