Chandigarh University — refund for registration fees

I registered in chandigarh university by paying rs.10000 for the course b. Tech (Computer science) but i am admitted in delhi university now. So i want a refund of the money i paid for registration. Please acknowledge at the earliest as i do have other commitments related to the amount. I did the payment through the upi transfer.
