Chandigarh University — regarding refund of money

I am bishal bhattacharjee have locked set in chandigarh university with
Rs-10, 000, but now i have taken admission into another college in my state.
I have talked with CU officials they have informed me that to write a refund letter on this website.
I request CU officials to refund my money of Rs-9, 000 as per their refundable rule as soon as possible.
