I purchased the title 'The Song of Achilles - Anniversary Edition' on November 8 2021. It is almost February 2022 and I still have not received my book. My order number is #[protected]. I have tried complaining around 6 times but their customer support is absolutely useless and they have a standard automated response. They said that they are waiting for the publishers and that it’s up-to them. Why didn’t they mention this on the website? They also said they can’t give me a refund. So I haven’t received my book and I also lost 734 rupees. There is no actual way to contact this bookstore as they have no telephone number.
