I bought books worth rs 974 from this website/app on 18th Mar, 2022 and it was under the category of 'procurement which they said will take 8-10 weeks. I waited for over a year as they said it'll come but it never came. They refused to provide a refund and said I can swap the order for a 'ready to ship' order that'll take 2-3 weeks at most. I paid rs 597 extra on 24th Feb, 2023 for this swapped order but it's been more than one month and there's still no update. They are difficult to contact and don't reply to emails and Instagram DMs. they don't have addresses put up anymore and have taken down their website.
