I placed an order with ChapterOne Bookstores in 2023, worth ₹2217. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past year, the company has neither delivered my books nor issued a refund.
They have repeatedly refused to return my money and have ignored my requests for resolution. Many other customers have also reported similar fraud by this company.
I request immediate action to either deliver my books or issue a full refund.

I bought books worth rs 974 from this website/app on 18th Mar, 2022 and it was under the category of 'procurement which they said will take 8-10 weeks. I waited for over a year as they said it'll come but it never came. They refused to provide a refund and said I can swap the order for a 'ready to ship' order that'll take 2-3 weeks at most. I paid rs 597 extra on 24th Feb, 2023 for this swapped order but it's been more than one month and...

I had ordered a book "Gone Girl" on[protected]. It has been 4 months now(today is[protected] and yet it hasn't been delivered. The order was placed on[protected] at 118:04:36. It was a prepaid order and i have already paid 249 rupees to them. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times with no answer. I need the book or the money back at the earliest.

I placed a prepaid order for Rs. 950 on September 6, 2021. It was a gift and since the occasion had passed, I requested for cancellation after 2 months. I dropped various emails and messages on Instagram and yet the team did not reply to a single one. I have neither received the book nor have I received a full refund. This company mentally harasses their customers and cheats them.

I have tried complaining around 6 times but their customer support is absolutely useless and they have a standard automated response.
