Respected sir / mam, yesterday i filled ug admission form, and by mistakenly i filled wrong and incomplete name of my father according to documents attached and also i filled wrong correspondence address by mistake. Please sir / mam help me by correct it by filling father's name as sukhapal singh rathore and correspondence address as h. No.489 village satrod khas, hisar (Haryana) 125044. Also my aadhar card is in updation process due to wrong d. O. B and name. As to verify my father's name, i uploaded both 10th class marksheet and 12th result, and also in 10th class marksheet there is my correspondence address of satrod khas, hisar . And sorry to say, unluckily my aadhar is also in under updation process due to wrong d.o.b and incomplete name as i uploaded aadhar acknowledgement sleep as a proof . My aadhar no.is[protected] and update request no.is [protected] . So i send you all my documents i have, . Moreover i uploaded my birth certificate to prove my permanent address proof . Sir /mam please i am feeling depressed as I can't come to meerut for correction .sir/ mam i did hard work only for admission in ccsu, please i request you please correct my mistakes . I am sending mail from last 36 hrs. Sir /mam please feel my problem and solve it .please Thankyou
