Water bill on vacant flat

After allotment in 2014 my flat no. 1425 pocket GH-1 DDA LIG flats Sector-29 Rohini is vacant in position. No electricity connection is applied on that flat neither anyone residing since allotment, but DDA has generated Rs22162 vide bill no. 875316 (consumer id DDARZ0025592) dated[protected] . please cancel out this bill....

Friends i want to clear from my message. I have lost 1.5 lakh due to poor and immature tips given by dalal stock. I have lost 73000 in a single day. If any query contact me [protected]. Please do not subscribe any package... They don't have even know m about market.. Very poor knowledge than a new trader... Please do not join these company or face the consequence s... Worst company. Its a surat company....

I have graduate pass out 2014 from Sobhit University Meerut, through Delhi Career vision open learning distance but till the date the director of the institute namely Raghvender is not provide me my provisional, migeration as well as graduation degree even not pick my phone nor reply positively and continue changes his office. please take action against him and hel me to provide my documents....
