I booked air ticket from indore to bombay at cheap ticket.in
Date of issue - 29aug 2017

Issuing airline - jet airways.
That day due to heavy rains in bombay the flight was delayed, so i contacted the jet airline official and he issued me an open date ticket letter, but after 10 days rs638 was refunded into my account and ticket was canceled. I mailed you so many times but there was no response, i am very much disappointed with such a behavior, in future i won't recommend your website for further bookings as i am a frequent flyer.
