I booked a ticket from del to lko on 08/07/17 fr 08/07/17 bt due to website glitch the ticket was booked fr 09/07/2017. I called the customer care the very moment but the lady asked to call go air. After trying for 4 hours I called them again to cancel my ticket which was for 3132 inr. Now the team said they can't refund cz the ticket was confirmed. This was all their strategy to increase there bookings. The customer care executive told me they will refund 125inr. Instead of 3132inr. Cheap airlines #cheap service #cheap people # cheap website.
