Hi, I booked a return ticket from riyadh to mumbai and back. Due to some emergency i requested cheapticket to provide an option if i can change the date and airline only for return travel They replied no And when i asked for cancelling the return ticket, i have received the response stating "thank you for raising your concern but we are really sorry to inform you that ticket is non-refundable in the case of cancellation of ticket. Still your ticket is confirmed." This is absolutely fraud, nowhere in the ticket it is written as ticket is non-refundable in case of cancellation, still how can they do this to customer No flexibility no support and no response at all What should a person do in case of his family members death??? Indigo is telling that refund is given to travel agency. But i have not received the sane in return from you in my account.
