Hi Team, I booked ticket through CheapTicket and please find the below PNR. MUMBAI -Bangalore --YYIXQZ on 27th April 2019 Bangalore -Mumbai -YNERYZ on 29th April 2019. As jet airway cancel the flight and informed us that the refund process should be initiated by Cheapticket but got the below email from cheapticket. Please help me out. Dear Sir/Ma’am, We regret to inform you that Jet airways has stopped it’s operations temporarily. Moreover, it has stopped taking all refund related queries until further notice.
