Chennai Airport — missing of pend rive during security check

I was a traveller by air india express flight no. Ix 605 on 01.5.18, ex. Chennai to trivandrum. Seat no. 24f. After getting the boarding pass, during security check, the official at the security point insisted to drop my pen drive also in the tray along with my phone and valet. After coming out of the body security check, i noticed that the tray containing my aerials is up side down and the things are scattered there except my pen drive. I checked myself and informed to the security personals available there regarding the loss if my pen drive. They also searched the location including rescaning of my hand bags. But no positive result. This continued for more than 10 mts. By this time i was called through phone for boarding the flight which is already ready to flight. Hence i had no other option than leaving my phone number with the security and ran to the gate with my luggage and at the last minute i boarded the flight without my pend rive having so many personal informations. After seating at flight i got a call from the security personal that the pen drive is not available at security location. Because of this i had lost so many valuable records available in pen drive and moreover i had the panic situation of boarding the flight after running a long distance with luggage at this age. Kindly arrange to take suitable action to recover my pend rive and also to fix the responsibility for dealing the careless security checking. The position may please be informed.
