It is disappointing 😔 Chennai Cake Shop has not been very active in resolving complaints. This lack of response can hurt the overall customer experience and the company's reputation. We suggest that Chennai Cake Shop address these customer issues as soon as possible.

I ordered a cake and flowers for Rs. 750 to deliver on May 3rd. They took the money from my bank account but nothing is delivered or no response from ChennakCakeShop. I emailed them but delivery failed no response for phone calls.
My order # is 1061 The worst experience I ever had. This is a scam shop please dont encourage....
