I have ordered the hair Product HGP by online and paid Rs. 2520/- but I received wrong product on 3rd day. I register a complaint no. 706729 to replace hair product in to HGP against invoice no. 72120 dated 19.10.15 trying to reach customer care executive on [protected], [protected], [protected] but no one is answering the call. I tried no. of time to check the replacement status. Kindly help to resolve the same.

    I had ordered a electric chapati maker of order No. 12149765 for Rs 787/- on 28-08-15. Today I received the same and when opened the parcel. I found it with broken handle.       Product which I received is not working

      The product(MINI SEWING MACHINE) is delivered to me on[protected], which is not working properly ,
      for which I require an immediate replacement or the refund back.

        Hi i have order "No Piles" from the Website http://www.teleskyshop.org/no-piles/ which cost 2100 + their were offering Free Aluma Wallet Worth Rs 1495 with that, hence i done online Payment on 8 July 2014 with a Order No: 605552, and next day i received the product but the product was completely different called " Piles Away" and the MRP Price was 300 Rs, and other then this product i did not received any other product or a gift, when i complain this to Complaint department then they given me a Complain number :7067061 but still yet not received the product & now i am trying to call them but there are not responding to call nor to the mail, hence i request you to help me to resolve my problem or let them refund back my Money.

          for which I require an immediate replacement or refund.
          I have contacted many times on the provided numbers, but nobody is attending my phone calls.

          Kindly resolve my matter on urgent basis.

          I have received defective, not working product.
          Sir I have paid Rs. 1950/- for Mini Sewing Machine, which is not working at all. I have purchased it from "TELESKYSHOP"624/1 Sector 125. Noida- 201308. I have called many many times regarding the same, that my product- mini sewing machine is not working, but they never took this matter seriously. moreover when they came to know about my problem they simply cut off my calls or even not attending my calls. My matter remain unsolved. nor does they replace the product nor they are refunding me. Sir they provide fake, fraud and misguiding false information to the customers about the products and they have no sense and respect regarding how to deal with the customers on phone. They are so rude, they misbehaved and in the end they disconnect the calls without informing and providing with the needed information to us. They are even not attending the phone calls after so many efforts. They talked very rudely, the staff over there is really very irresponsible staff . They are even not having proper information about the products. Sir please help me, I am very fed up with them. Please took strict action against them, as i have seen many complaints against them on the internet too. They will continue harass people if nothing has been done against them. Please help me by replacing or by refunding for the defective product that I have received by them. Please take strict action against "TELESKYSHOP"624/1 Sector 125. Noida- 201308.
