To day[protected] trying to book 12k liters of water through online water booking system. I was trying to book from 12, 00 noon start time of booking and the site keep on processing the payment gate way.in the process it reports a remark booking for 12k liters over for the day by 12.02 pm. Ie. Two minutes after booking opening time. I feel the site blocked the booking without any information by the govt. To the public, the tax payer. I am trying to book water through this site for the past 16 days and failed miserably by wasting my time at least one hour;. Many complaints sent md metro water and cm cell, no reply received so far. The tax payer has to depend on private water tanker and pay 3-4 times more money. Will the authorities resolve the issue?. Was this information helpful? |
