To day[protected] trying to book 12k liters of water through online water booking system. Online water booking site of metro water is a failure for booking 9k and 12k litres of water. I have miserably failed in my attempt to book online water booking and wasted my time for more than one hour on waiting to get payment gateway of the site and it closes withing 30 minutes with the remark booking over for the day. Public do not have any other option to book water for 9k and 12 k litres except through this site. No action taken for...

I am a resident of srinivasa nagar, velachery (the location just beside the MRTS over bridge and next to Nathella jewellers). We have not been getting metro water to our entire street for the past 5 months and we have to pay everyday to water lorries for surviving.
