Chennai Metro Water — no water supply

We are living in Korattur, Thillai Nagar Extension, door no 1/103(Radiant Rohit Apartment)

Since 12 years we didn't get water supply from Chennai Metro Water. Since we are using only bore water.

Moreover we have paid the Water Tax also. Kindly give Metro Water connection and supply water properly.

Also this area ground water is salty and hard water as well as we can't use international or external use.

Please solve the problem...
