      Zone-4, ward no-35, 119 th street, 5 th block, muthamizh Nagar, kodungaiyur, Chennai-118.Metro water hand pump no supply for full street except main road Sir please provide us Tanker lorry Supply for our street, officials not responding properly, Block in metro water pipe line complained to officials four to five times but problem not solved till now. We facing water scarcity from last one year. Neighbouring streets getting water supply but in our street no metro water supply in hand pump. Sir please help us to get water🙏🙏🙏

        Further to my complaint no[protected] dtd 5th june 2020, the latest one. made lot of complaints to your local office but no is giving clear picture of the status of this case and almost one year we are not getting water even one drop.
        i am regularly paying all dues in time but dept is not taking serious effort to rectify the same.
        how come in a road some houses are not getting water. is there any dept looking after long pending cases. highly regretable to note the situation. atleast you can advise the dept to fill water by mobile lorry on a day to basis.

          Hello all,

          I am writing this email, as there is no action taken over last 6 months irrespective of 3 complaints to metro water on my house where water supply is not there. I am a responsible citizen where i pay my tax and dues on time, but this approach is highly not appreciated. Find below references on 3 complaints raised so far

          I am very frustrated to keep calling and ending up responses the case is closed without even looking at it.

          My house and family are struggling without water and we hugely depend on the tanker supply for daily consumption, this needs highest priority to look on as there is clear suspect of main block where my neighbour houses on both sides receives water and we do not.

          Need your immediate response and action on this matter to avoid further esclaations.

          There is also suspected drainage mix as complained by other neighbours, this is highly unacceptable.

          There is on and off visit by metro employees but no further steps taken.

            This is with reference to the above cmc no. I am unable to book a water tanker online. My last water tanker booking was 30/07/2019. The following are the steps for online tanker booking i followed and the same was done at your office at west mambablam on 10/10/2019 and they also could not resolve the issue.
            Step (1) enter cmc no
            Step (2) enter mobile number
            Step (5) 9000 lit `pay' button is not enabled

            Further to my discussion with the officials at cmwssb, bhaktavatchalam street, w. Mambalam and they asked me to go to the chindaripet office to register my grievances. I am a senior citizen having knee pain staying in ashok nagar and it will be very difficult to go to chindaripet. It is more than two months since i booked my water tanker and it becomes very difficult managing daily routines. I request the concerned officials to kindly resolve the issue so that i could book a water tanker online. Step (3) otp sent to the mobile number

Ravichandran living in 11th avenue ashok nagar, old no b48/3, new no b 53/3, chennai -83, their is no metro water supply in our house more than a year, i complaint the same in persenely and wrote in the complaint book, so for no action taken by the chennai metro water officials, i have no due bill payment, i paid all the bills, without getting the water i am paying the water tax, please kindly do the needful sir, we are senior citizen, myself and my wife we two persons only living in this house, getting the water by tanker is very expensive for us, please do the needful action sir

                Sir,
                House no.157, aani street, chinmaya nagar stage - ii, virugambakkam, chennai - 6000 092. The drainage has blocked 2nd time within a month. House opposite drainage channel has been closed by filling tar over the channel. Kindly instruct your people to open it and clean the drainage block, sewage water has come into the house. Every time cannot call you for cleaning. Suitably instruct your people to clean the drainage properly. Expecting yours earliest response in this regard.

                  We are from villivakkam sidconagar 9th main 5th block road Chennai 6000049
                  here around 5000 family are living many children and old people, blind people and patient are living. for past 3 month there is no water supply at all in pump and sump.

                  due to heavy summer all our bore well is dried we suffering a lot with out drop for past three month we have already registered a complaint in online but no action till date the water level in pump is (decreasing only not increasing )have been taken.

                  they sending one lorry for 4 street that too 3 days once how one lorry is sufficient for 4 street plz understand suffering we dnt have water for toilet also we dnt need lorry water kindly send pump water it is enough atleast 1hours water per day in pump will be sufficient for our usage kindly do the needful.

                    there is no proper metro water supply in hand pump only our street (thamirabharani street, anna nagar taramani zone 18).Next to our streets there is proper supply of metro water in hand pumps, the valve of the pump is closed i think,
                    and also water supply in goverment lorry to our street is coming one time for two days.I request the senior officer of zone 18 metro water to check over this problem and give a solution to our street peoples.

                    Koyembedu, Chinmayanagar, Sree Iyappa Nagar, Kumaran Nagar residents are getting corporation water mixed with sewage, it stinks very badly. Can you expedite this issue and fix the same?

                    We have been booking lorryload of 9000 litres since black sewage mixed water is being supplied to us
                    right from August 2015 paying cash Rs.600/Rs.700.
                    Now after the booking of 29th June 2019 delivered on 9th August 2019 water disappeared due to cracks in the
                    sump. After repairing the sump we tried to book 9000litres online with online payment using BOI VisaCard of
                    of L Kalavathi on Sunday 25/08/2019. To our surprise payment was disallowed stating Mobile phone not registered contact bank. There was no identity perceptible of the sender. We complained to grievance officer
                    CMWSSB and also with Bank of India Head Office from Monday 26th August onwards with no solution in sight.
                    Today we tried to book again and got OTP467070 for making payment. However this time also our payment was disallowed stating Mobile phone not registered with us.Now it was displayed that the message has come from BOI Visa card but it seems out of sync because my mobile phone is already registered on my charge account with BOI Mylapore Branch. It has been impossible for me to get any solution from the bank till now despite trying every day last week and the last piece of info sent was the statement "Please tell the ex-staff member she cannot use the card fro purchasing water since CMWSSB is not our Member Establishment."
                    This was conveyed to me over phone by Mylapore Branch. Now I am in a quandary because my sump is empty and all avenues for redressal appear blocked.
                    KINDLY THEREFORE ACCEDE TO MY REQUEST OF MONDAY/TUESDAY 26/27 AUGUST 2019 AND PERMIT ME TO PAY CASH ON DELIVERY OF 9000 LITRES IMMEDIATELY AS IT APPEARS REDRESSAL FOR USAGE OF CREDIT CARD WILL TAKE TIME.OTHERWISE PLEASE PERMIT ME TO PAY CASH IN ADVANCE TO THE LOCAL

Colony, Mylapore, Third Cross Street have already complained about black water being supplied in lieu of drinking water by CMWSSB our written complaint dated 24th October 2016 signed by all the residents handed over to the AE CMWSSB on 6th Cross Street, CIT Colony Mylapore.

                    Since nothing has been done as yet to solve the problem and we are still supplied black water in our handpump
                    (many o[censored]s closed the sump inlet and have been buying water) so far, a copy each of our request dated 24th October 2016 has been handed over to Madam Dhanalakshmi, AE Ward 119, Zone 09 and to the office of the Deputy Superintendent on 9th August 2019 for necessary action in the matter.

                    Your orders for necessary replacement of the defective supply pipes on our street which were laid long back
                    (we are residents of CIT Colony since inception in 1957) are awaited by the long suffering residents of Third Cross Street, CIT Colony, Mylapore, Chennai-600004. We are facing further consternation since many o[censored]s
                    are Senior Citizens residing alone and your Online Booking for lorry water against cash payment has been
                    converted into online booking cum online Payment in advance promising supply in 2 days with applying

The supply wasn't sufficient in our area. We contacted the A.E, Mr. Bharath. Who understood our needs and sent the water tankers to our area immediately.                         We are living in Korattur, Thillai Nagar Extension, door no 1/103(Radiant Rohit Apartment)

                        Since 12 years we didn't get water supply from Chennai Metro Water. Since we are using only bore water.

                        Moreover we have paid the Water Tax also. Kindly give Metro Water connection and supply water properly.

                        Also this area ground water is salty and hard water as well as we can't use international or external use.

                        Please solve the problem...

                          Since quiet long time, that is, more than a year, there is no regular water supply to my house. Since then, we are depending on the tanker supply. The tanker supply is not properly organized as soon as we place an order. Many days, we were struggled without water.
                          When regular supply will commence as like year ago? Next street to our street, gets good flow of water everyday.

                          In the same locality, different street gets different kind of supply. Why?

There is a damage/breakage in the main sewerline and caused leakage of drainage and sewer water, Resulting contaminated the near by borewell with sewer water and become unfit for human normal Consumption. we being facing this problem for more than two years .                                     i am 60 yrs old,retired on 310513 from bankofbaroda.i paid rs1000/- to madipakkam panchayat on[protected]receipt no.51127).water was supplied by panchayat authorities for onne year. subsequently,the water pipeline to my house was broken and hence no water was provided from 2002 onwards. in 2006 when i asked the panchayat theyn said the line was beoken,in between my bank )BOB) transfered me to bangalore,mumbai metc. i was retransfered to chennai in 2012. since then i am trying for metrowater connection. whether pipeline will be repaired and water supplied to me in a sump i have construcyed in 2009 in front of my house. though orally i have been informed that the line was replaced i do not receive metrowater at all though in our colony the first 8-10 houses receive metro/panchayat water.i i i complained to your office at ifo_ho as directed in your website but even afterr 2 reminders no reply or provision of water to my house. what is to be done can anyone enlighten me. my water sources are depleting very fast. my mobile no.is [protected] & email id:vshekhar.[protected]@gmail.comcan i expect any action at you end sie/madam?Please provide as much information as possible...

                                      My name is Sowmya. Residing at Bharati Nagar , Velachery. I booked the metro water on 27th June in Velachery metro water. But still metro water is not provided to us. Daily we are going and requesting them for this .We went in person on 29th evening and 30th morning. We had called them nearly 5 times for the same. But we are not getting proper response from them. The employees are not treating the requestors as human being....

                                      An illegal chump to collect metro water using pump is going on
                                      in Santhiuppan Main street Otteri Chennai 12.Near Dry cleaning shop.

                                      If this chump is constructed it will affect all nearby houses.

                                      Please take immediate action to stop this construction.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have made my metro & seweage tax in online on 28th October 2010. But still i havent got update in the site.. I am trying to contact the Zone X since then,.. but there is no proper response from either from finance nor the customer support..
                                        I have sent alsmost 30 to 35 mails to the respective zone and to the higher authorities but no one can provide me the excat status....

                                        I have made an online payment for amount of Rs.2971/- towards the Annual Value and Tax amount for the period of 6 half years with the reference number in ICICI Bank "BIL/[protected]/MetroWater/[protected]". But i am unable to find the details updated in your site nor i have got the details for the payment from your site...

                                        Can you please let me know the status for the same. So that it will be great helpful the next payment details...

                                          I am resident of Royapettah, Masthura Begum street.
                                          In my area from the past 1 month, metro water smells like sewage water and it is in black colour

                                          Division code is 093 and area code is 06

                                          Many small kids are suffering from illness. Its difficult to do our daily / routine work without water

                                          Please look into this issue asap...

                                          I am resident of Nammalwar street, Kondithope, Chennai 600079. In our area from past 2 months metro water is getting mixed with sewage water. Also the water colour is little yellowish and smells like sewage water. I urge water dept to look into this matter ASAP as you will understand that how annoying it is to take bath daily with sewage water
                                          Hi,

                                          I am resident of Jyotsna, padmavathi nagar, velachery. Last yeat we got the metro water connectivity. During the last yeat rainy season we got metro water that was mixed with the sewage water. Upon given the complaints that problem was solved and for the last 3-4 months we are not providing with metro water.

                                          But, just oustside our colony (jyotsna) all are provided with the water. Pls consider this as emergency. Eventhough we are paying correct watertax every year, we are not properly provided with the metro water.

                                          im resident of krishnappa tank street. kondithope chennai 600079. In our area for the past four months the metro water is getting mixed with drainage water. we are unable to consume those water.it really causes severe affects to our health. so i kindly request you to take an action immediately

                                          Subject: Frequent lack of water supply
                                          The water supply to my house is frequently stopped or blocked.I have been having this problem since the time of installation.Even now I am not having the supply.Its very inconvenient for me since the water is not coming from past four days.If i count all the days in the past, water had been blocked for nearly a month though i dont have any dues pending.I hope that this matter is taken seriously and properly responded.

                                          Major problem is drainage problem. Due to block in drainage, draining water overflows in streets, stagnated in streets, mosquitoes and bad smell spread unwanted diseases. Corporation employees should clean the drainage immediately for free flow.

                                          We the residents of kattabomman street, kolathur, chennai-82 and we constantly having this drainage problem.
                                          Major problem is drainage problem. Due to block in drainage, draining water overflows in streets, stagnated in streets, mosquitoes and bad smell spread unwanted diseases. As there is public latrine the rate of overflow is abnormal. Corporation employees should clean the drainage immediately for free flow.

                                          We the people from VASUGI NAGAR, 2ND STREET, KANNIKAPURAM, CHENNAI-600012, suffering with the dirty drinking water supply. From 3MONTHS before we are facing the same problem, Since, the drinking water like sewage water not only colour, the smell of the water also like sewage water. How we can drink that.

                                          And, we made complaint at PULIANTHOPE metro water office. but that people not taken any action on that.

                                          We need good drinking water. please take necessary action against that.

                                          We are resident of THIRUVALLUVAR NAGAR, BESANT NAGAR, CHENNAI 90. In this area the H, I, J block are facing Major problem in drainage. in this blocks drainage pipes are 40 Years old pipes. we registered compliant in besant nagar metro water office about this problem. Last 4 months back they fitted new pipe connection in only one street. Actualy main drainage Problem is in H, I, J Blocks only, Due to block in drainage, draining water overflows in streets, stagnated in streets. They not rectified till now. We want new pipe connection these blocks. Please do the needful as much early as possible.
