I am writing this email, as there is no action taken over last 6 months irrespective of 3 complaints to metro water on my house where water supply is not there. I am a responsible citizen where i pay my tax and dues on time, but this approach is highly not appreciated. Find below references on 3 complaints raised so far

I am very frustrated to keep calling and ending up responses the case is closed without even looking at it.
My house and family are struggling without water and we hugely depend on the tanker supply for daily consumption, this needs highest priority to look on as there is clear suspect of main block where my neighbour houses on both sides receives water and we do not.
Need your immediate response and action on this matter to avoid further esclaations.
There is also suspected drainage mix as complained by other neighbours, this is highly unacceptable.
There is on and off visit by metro employees but no further steps taken.
Called ae number but no response
