I paid full amount of rs.19000 for a separate truck to shift my household things from chennai to madurai. They gave me a promise that things will be delivered next day morning since it is a separate truck. But we were waiting next day badly till 12 am midnight and finally truck had come. I was completely shocked seeing others household things in the truck because it had come on sharing basis. Very worst behavior. Got the full amount from the customer for separate truck and sending things in the sharing basis..
