One Cot & Bed was shipped & they have spoiled it during shipping.
Photos attached, They were supposed to do the installation of the Cot that dint happen as well . I want refund of the amount for the damage they created & for not assembling the Cot.

I had delivered my package.
On DTDC tracking, it is shown as delivered on 06th May, but it is not delivered to my office in Chandigarh.
I have been trying to call chennai packers service, they are not responding to my calls.
Am not getting any update.

Incident - 1: Worst behavior of packing person
One of the packing person came was checking all the things and taking the grocery items whatever he need. And also he went out for having breakfast and came late to pack the things. But finally he asking for Rs-300 for packing. I guess the tips whatever we giving should be of interest of the customer based on the service they are providing. Without satisfaction how we can give Rs-600 for 3 person for packing after full settlement of the amount.
Incident - 2: No proper response
The lady who has taken the booking order not at all attending the call for any queries.
When we are booking, they confirmed that they will be delivering the things on Sunday and took the order but on the delivery date they are telling Sunday we will not deliver the things. This is not acceptable because it is totally contradicted before and after booking.
Incident - 3: Total damage of my wooden table
1. The wooden table transported was delivered with very worst condition. All the parts are broken badly and when we call to complain this they are telling it will not be covered for the claim. Even if we have not book the packers and movers if we transport separately through local person which we know they will be delivered perfectly.
2. Keeping the heavy wooden table on top of the washing machine. I think this is not a good way of packers. Loading any box items was on acceptable way but keeping the heavy wooden table very worst.
3. Bike which we have transported the stand was broken. When we ask for this they are telling in bike 3 person might also travel right so keeping the things will not be matter. How irresponsible response this is. one who don't have any common sense will respond to the customer like this. there is a difference for travelling in a bike and putting stand and loading things. Totally they don't know how to handle the customers.
Incident - 4: Not considering the customer emotions
Everyone who things damaged during transportation will tend to complaint to the respective persons but here when we are complaining they will say only one answer always "we will check and come back to you". But they never call you back for any update. You have call each number and have to follow up.

Repaired my AC during transportation

Given AC vendor for Installation.
They fully wasted the full gas & again refilled and again charged full amount.
But they did fraud. Not filled full gas.
Till not capable for getting AC service vendor back to rectify the issue.

Again that delivery person charged more amount then agreed.

Worst service.
Don't try Chennai packers & movers.
That lady is very arrogant.Very worst service.

Zero Rating for Chennai packers & Movers.

Worst service ever faced.
Items were damaged coz of no proper packing.
They do not have proper tools to dismantle/remove the items.
Package number were missed in couple of boxes which caused confusion during combined transportation.
Moreover they do not know local language which is very difficult to communicate.

The staff who was sent for the delivery do not understand the local language and they started asking about tips for delivery right from the start of the delivery. Tips as per my understanding we need to pay as per our wish but they started asking more and not ready to leave the home. Later had to involve my flat security to move them out. In between I said I will inform to the packers and movers team lady staff who was coordinating for the delivery, they started talking vulgarly about the lady staff in some local language which we don't understand and throw bags and left.

We pay for entire shifting why should we pay tips. Also tips amount is bargained why we need to have the pain of bargaing after paying large amount.

Terrible service provided by Chennai packers and movers. As against the requirement of individual closed container, an open lorry with 2 more house shifting things packed together and delivered in a Tata ace with all things hanging from all sides. Heavy damage of things. A brand new trolley with clothes worth 50000/- rupess is lost and they are not paying compensation for the same

We have used CPM service on 31-jul-21 for my house shifting from Chennai to Kadapa (AP).I have lost some glass items didn't packed properly out of 65 items delivered out 64, where the plywood cot was missed.And also I have Raised this to them as well. They are not properly responding till now no info about this..very worst sevice we had from this cheated service.

I booked Chennai Packers and Movers for house shifting. Accepted the quoted amount.
The truck arrived as said.
When the cameto the house they shouted at us that why you didn't organize and pack things so it will be easy to shift.
Then they moved the refrigerator.
We told that it was in the same place for nearly 6 years. So there will be some bad odor coming from the fridge
They shifted thr fridge from 2nd floor to ground floor.
After a long hours persons from ground floor came and informed the belongings of is shifted by them was in the platform unattended.
When we went there no one was there.
Then we rang up the driver.
He shouted that they don't have any necessity to move things like this...

The staff who booked during booking told us that all packing and shifting ND unpacking will be done by them...
Also they demanded extra money from those in the house. When we tild no need to shift just keep back all the things inside the house they told they will charge for it...

Such a Worst behavior from the staff

Very worst behavior from all branch employees. Many of the product damaged when deliver. I shifted from Chennai to Erode for that they changed two vehicles and most of the product damaged deliver. Treadmill, ceramic products are heavily damaged. Dining table glass broken like very tiny pieces. If 'zero' star available then I will give. 'one star' rating is too much for this company.

Delivery person was drunk and very arrogant customer support. Very cheap attitude of delivery staff members.

Very poor response your team, not delivered timely, no one teke responsibility bad experience

Delay in picking up goods and delivery after 4 days as committed 2 days.
Issue with delivery- no load man's available for unload driver said I have to go to bangalore help me to unload and I keep the goods road aside then I will go. I tried to connect delivery contact numbers as mentioned in the my bill copy no one not responded and the one who picked my call he totally unprofessional behavior and answering very rudely. Even the driver not provided any delivery challan copy to me and left without notice.

They are fraud they will want money from you as register fee 5500 but they will not gave you money and not give you salary as u work also they will give you wrong sample work

Very worst service by CPM. It was one of worst experience I have faced. Already it was taken 4 days till my luggages are not delivered.

DONT BOOK CPM, please go for other options. Don't suffer later.

I have booked for pickup from 27.11.21 and drop was promised around 7pm on 28.11.21. I requested that I will pay half and remaining will be paid once delivered.but they need full amount so I did. Pickup on big lorry and they dropped the things at Madurai office and went off on 28.11.21. I didn't have any tracking id or driver no. No one informed I will be receiving late. Later with some random tracking I got a driver no, he said the things was dropped on madurai and it was fully wet.

Next day on 29.11.21 received a cal that things was moving from Madurai around 7am and then the Madurai no didn't pick after. As there will only 3 to 4 hrs to reach Ambasamudram, they came around 4pm in eve. No tracking after that. I[censored] call chennai ofz they told to ask Madurai ofz. I[censored] call Madurai ofz they told to ask tirunelveli ofz. They will simply drag the timing and will not inform where they are coming.

Once they reached I was shocked, things were wet, they reached home in small Tata ace.my tv box, ac box, mattress sofa and wooden cot will fully wet. It was loss around Rs.30000. I want to complaint but the person who delivered was intended only about sign on bills on receiving end.

Once they left, I have complaint to number where I booked.they started talking harshly. There was attitude in their talks as their service was over and got money. But who will bear my loss?.

I was politely requesting that I understand that some boxes were wet, that is acceptable. But the matress cot, vehicle changing, unproper packing, not delivered on time which I can't accept it.

One of the labour she told that I need to insure to get the compensation..what the hell? Will she say the same if it happens to her. They took my home things on sharing basis which they DIDN'T INFORM me.

To CPM: Pay my compensation and change ur employees attitude. It's my things and I have paid fully. That's not the way to handle customers.

Once u paid they never care, please be carefull.

BETTER CHECK for other packers and movers.

Worst worst worst

Myself Manjunath booked CPM for packing & shifting household articles in dedicated vehicle from Dalmiapuram to Ahmedabad, agreeing the charges for closed and direct vehicle. Accordingly goods were loaded at source in vehicle no. TN19 AM8357 vide LR no. 17935 dtd 27.10.2021. But to surprise, materials arrived @destination in vehicle no. GJ01 HT7223, that too in open lorry covered with tarpaulin. Condition of packages was very pathetic, many of articles like washing machine, pooja mantapam, wooden sofa are completely damaged, incurring loss of +Rs. 45000/-, is very disgust able . Even detailed pre discussion had with Mrs Bhavani of Chennai office regd type & charter vehicle, commitments were not fulfilled, delaying 2 days to deliver. Totally disappointed with not trustworthy services.
