Chennai Packers & Movers — Missing lot of things and irresponsible replies

I SENT THIS MAIL TO CHANNAI PACKERS AND MOVERS LAST WEEK. THERE IS NO REPLY AND NO PHONE RESPONSE FROM THEM. THEY ARE TALKING IRRESPONSIBLY.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I shipped my house hold things from Chennai, Alwartirunagar to Secundrabad, Mulkajgiri. I spoke to your Chennai office people and confirm my package. They said "we provide a sharing with some others with a single vehical from my home to Secundrabad and need to pay "15000". I said "ok". When they moving things from home to vehicle, we noted ur vehicle number. But they didnt send that vehicle. i asked many times is there is any possiblity to bring my flower pots . they said "ok".
when i recived my thinks totally my thinks are messed. i packed my thinks very properly. but everything was damaged and two new bedsheed (each 950) was missed and my 9 flower pots were also not there.
I spoke to ur Chennai office and Secundrabad office. they are blaming me and not responding properly. i have ur invoices and all. WHAT CAN I DO NOW!!!

very very bad response, things missing, they changed vehicle without our knowledge and BAD RESPONSE .
