Chennai Packers & Movers — not giving bill

I have shipped my home appliances from bengaluru to chennai on 27 april 2018, today it's 11 may 2018. Most of my products were damaged and also they are not giving the bill as per their promise. Even their dm is rude in customer request. They are all working in favour their employees only, as their dm is not accepting their mistakes and making me fool. More over they are not giving official bills of customers are not asking. This is unethical.
