Incident - 1: Worst behavior of packing person
One of the packing person came was checking all the things and taking the grocery items whatever he need. And also he went out for having breakfast and came late to pack the things. But finally he asking for Rs-300 for packing. I guess the tips whatever we giving should be of interest of the customer based on the service they are providing. Without satisfaction how we can give Rs-600 for 3 person for packing after full settlement of the amount.
Incident - 2: No proper response
The lady who has taken the booking order not at all attending the call for any queries.
When we are booking, they confirmed that they will be delivering the things on Sunday and took the order but on the delivery date they are telling Sunday we will not deliver the things. This is not acceptable because it is totally contradicted before and after booking.
Incident - 3: Total damage of my wooden table
1. The wooden table transported was delivered with very worst condition. All the parts are broken badly and when we call to complain this they are telling it will not be covered for the claim. Even if we have not book the packers and movers if we transport separately through local person which we know they will be delivered perfectly.
2. Keeping the heavy wooden table on top of the washing machine. I think this is not a good way of packers. Loading any box items was on acceptable way but keeping the heavy wooden table very worst.
3. Bike which we have transported the stand was broken. When we ask for this they are telling in bike 3 person might also travel right so keeping the things will not be matter. How irresponsible response this is. one who don't have any common sense will respond to the customer like this. there is a difference for travelling in a bike and putting stand and loading things. Totally they don't know how to handle the customers.
Incident - 4: Not considering the customer emotions
Everyone who things damaged during transportation will tend to complaint to the respective persons but here when we are complaining they will say only one answer always "we will check and come back to you". But they never call you back for any update. You have call each number and have to follow up.
