Very worst behavior from all branch employees. Many of the product damaged when deliver. I shifted from Chennai to Erode for that they changed two vehicles and most of the product damaged deliver. Treadmill, ceramic products are heavily damaged. Dining table glass broken like very tiny pieces. If 'zero' star available then I will give. 'one star' rating is too much for this company. Very true. I have also shifted on 22nd april most of the products are in damaged condition. Very irritating response we are getting from their employees. Only during booking they will tell we will guarntee for your things we are shifting, if we are ask back they will tell none of the product will be claimed for damaged products. And response from the employees was very worst.
I guess CPM is not suitable for doing this business. Very irresponsive for responding to the customers. If they are not claiming atleast if they hear our concern it will be good.
