Our connection id is ( 603988 ) in the name of chakradev credit management service located in pondicherry, we have raised a complaint for connectivity issue through oral communication to local support officer and his manager and also complaint raised through mail communication to that concern nodal officer and complaint raised through their app support via complaint no 20210521t00627 on 20.05.2021, but till date no one is responding and the said problem is not yet resolved and we are under pressure to loose our job itself because of this connectivity issue.
