Worst customer service

Worst experience, worst network, no response from Customer care. They take lot of time to solve our issue. If we tried many time. Specially staff behavior very worst.

Better they close the company....

Hi,

On June 2021, I disconnected the Cherrinet service and after a few weeks their representative called me and I collected their modem. During installation a deposit of Rs.400 was made. Once the executive took back the modem I requested a refund from them but they said the amount would be refunded within a week. After a week, I check my bank account and found no money has credited in it.

I called again, and the customer service representative said the refund team would contact me as soon as possible. I received a phone call from the refund team, who informed me that it would take another 30 to 45 days.

Despite the fact that it is August, I have not received my money back.

    Dear sir,

    I am from kattupakkam applied for new cherrinet connection on 23.08.2017 through your sales person. My transaction details mode - online, amt - 4537, date - 24/08/2017. Sales person promised installation within 48 hrs. Next two days no body responded. On 25th i contacted the customer care and sales person, and i got a call from cherrinet office[protected] who told installation will be done on 26.08.2017. I waited entire day but none attended. When i called customer care[protected], they have mentioned that sunday installation will be done. Sunday also nothing happened and when i again called the customer care they have mentioned that 100% installation will be completed. Today (28/08/217) morning sales person told me contract workers were laying the cables. Afternoon iam getting call form the cherrinet office[protected] and they informed me that due to lack of contract workers installation will be done on 29/08/2017. (Same reason told since friday)

    I seriously wonder such a big organisation does not even have workers to complete a task for past 4 days and deeply worried about what service the organisation will provide in future. I really do not want to take a risk hence i request you to kindly refund my amount of rs 4537 at the earliest.

      I have applied for cherrinet broadband in chennai (Knet Solutions Pvt Ltd).I Submitted CAF Form and paid Rs.2839/- in advance.I have applied connection on 8.4.2017.Initially they said connection will be given in 2 days time but 6 days gone.Called to their sales team, customer care and nodal officer but no use. Every time they say "connection will be given today without fail".Days are passed but no response from their team. Will any of their authorities resolve this at the earliest?
