I hv received one msg from chevrolet that my phone no:won 3 crore rupees.. I accept the offer and first i paid 12, 500 for the customs charge... Then again i paid 58, 500 for the account upgrading number... Now again they are asking me to pay 2 lakh rupees for the income tax number... But i was not ready and i asked for the refund.. But now they are asking 10500 for the refund processing.. What i should do?

I have send all the necessary informations as they demanded through the mail.

Then on 01/04/2019 they informed me that a diplomatic person came from uk to india (New delhi) to transfer the awarded fund to my bank account through the rbi and demanded rs. 24, 100/- as a regional registration charge.

I no that moneys value so i will check first then after start the procedure so i want to help somebody help me please...

This is with reference to my chevrolet beat lt, may 2010 model. I bought this car from shiva motors, ghaziabad (Up) in june 2010. My vehicle has run so far 38977 km. I did my last servicing on 15th feb, [protected]@ 37480 km. Surprisingly, the car is in workshop under overheating engine case from last 15 days. After due check, the workshop people called me and told that the overheating still persists after few parts change and they have to change the entire head of the engine, along with gasket, etc. There was a serious service lack in my last service. But, that is not exactly i am here to complain about. Right after 7 days of service, the vehicle is in workshop, cause of overheating of engine. The service center now has given me total estimation of rs. 40000/- to be spent for entire head change, parts replacement, labour charges, etc. It is not first time, earlier too, there were multiple occasions, when car was broke down due to overheating issue. But, not have caused any critical issue, until now. As per several feedbacks and exact same issues reported by other users. It appeared to be a manufacturing defect. Which was accepted by chevrolet customer care as well. But, who will pay for these damages now? This is a serious concern, i wanted to bring this to all my dear chevy fans and appeal guys this also happens with chevy cars.in all their tv commercials, print ads, they shout and say chevy gives the engine guarantee of 3 yrs or 100000 kms. How come the engine would be out @39000 km and at service level fault. The chevy manufacturing of vehicle does not hold truth what they are committing... I am not in a state to spend 40k just for no reason and what is the guarantee that i will get my vehicle at the earlier condition or how much more i can drive tht defective piece.

I urge to raise this with chevrolet india and settle my claim and pay for the damages.

After some time they texted me to pay 18, 500 rupees for the delivery by (Diplomat frank ban) and i didn't responded but then they texed me to recheking my address abd send it again to then so that thay can reach me. Firstly i got one email about winning 3, 35, 00, 000/-inr and chevrolet captiva 6x jeep and thay said to reconfirm my details to get your parcel delivered, so i didn't answed their email and are also saying me to bear some payments for the arival of their delivery man (Diplomat frank ban esq.) they are saying me to pay rupees. 18, 500 for indian duty charges, but i didn't replied, so i wanted to confirm that is this offer fake or true, so should i pay them the payment which they are saying?

My car is lying with balaji motors thane from 7th february due to engine heating problem.1st they charged me rs 5003... The date was 07.02.2019 again for the same issue and also they told me there is problem in the ac and charged me rs 10327 on 20.02.2019. As i have taken the delivery of the car... Again there was the same issue so i took the car back to the balaji motors and the issued job card on the same date stating that ac and fan is not working. And the service advisor was mr nilesh and for around 1 month my car is lying there. Just tell me what should i do? They have written that the customer has complained that fan and ac is not working but they checked and told me that fan and a is not working."they told me that the parts of the car are not available because of the back order...
