I hv received one msg from chevrolet that my phone no:won 3 crore rupees.. I accept the offer and first i paid 12, 500 for the customs charge... Then again i paid 58, 500 for the account upgrading number... Now again they are asking me to pay 2 lakh rupees for the income tax number... But i was not ready and i asked for the refund.. But now they are asking 10500 for the refund processing.. What i should do?...
