Sir/madam i am the student of bcom 1 year when i saw my result i was very surprised because the number of statics are not mention though i gave all the paper but in result it shows incomplete and also there is photo issue

I have completed my b. Sc from csjm university in the year 2008 as regular. I am not able to apply for my degree certificate due to csjm site is not working. After filling the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year roll number and environmental passing detail. "submit" button is not working, i am not able to submit my detail for get the on line degree certificate. Even site is not showing any error like enrollment number is incorrect.

Could you please help me here to get the degree from csjm university. Is there any other process to get the degree from csjm? If yes, please let me know. I would highly appropriate for this.

Dear sir/madam!
I was trying to apply for the degree certificate for my b. Ed course on date 15.12.2018 with registration number [protected]. During the payment, the amount of rs. 800 got deducted from my account but the confirmation page could not be downloaded.
As you know this page contains the date on which one need to be appear for getting his/her degree and transaction number is also use to be printed on this confirmation page but due to your server issue i was unable to do so. Please guide me to get the transaction number so that i could redownload the confimation page and appear for my degree. It was showing that "your form has been saved".
When i am going for payment verification for the same it is showing nothing. And i could neither get refund nor the confirmation for the degree certificate from the university.
Tell me what to do as it is the question of my future.
