This year 19th May 2022 i have applier for Degree but after few days i have received massage that your degree cannot dispatch due to environmental paper is not cleared after that i have visited the Kanpur university they told me submit your environmental result but the issue is i have no copy of the result. Now i am trying to get the result from csjmu.ac.in website but it is showing 404 File or directory not found also i cannot see the result of 2008-09 in this website. please do something to fix these issue in the website . i need urgently my degree. Sir, I had applied for Degree certificate on 14 Dec 2021 via online vide Registration Number :[protected]D and paid the relevant charges of Rs 200/- vide Transection Number : [protected]. The certificate was got rejected. Even after 6 months, the certificate was not issued. Further, I contacted to helpline numbers o[censored]niversity, but the representatives are telling that “No telephone lines/connections available for the above query". I visited the university but the person dealing is unable to figure out the time required for further processing. Further, Assistant Registrar is telling “200 RUPYE SE KYA HOTA HAI, FIR SE FORM BHAR DO, 200 RUPYA REFUND NHI HOGA. YE SB MERA KAM NAHI HAI”. As I was told by Asst Registrar to reapply and repay the fees. After filling a fresh online form vide registration No[protected]D and paying again the relevant charges vide transection number- [protected], I contacted to dealing clerk to submit my Xerox certificate but he refused to take it again. Further I state that I had already submitted Xerox copy of my previous mark sheets, 10th certificate, application form, and PAN card etc. On 21 Jun 22, my online application is again got rejected and my money is again forfeited. 6 Months already passed but my Degree certificate is yet not despatched from your end. I had contacted to college/dealing clerk various occasions earlier also and raised the grievance online (refer online grievence on 29/01/2022, 11/02/2022, 28/02/2022, 05/06/2022, 16/ 06/2022) also but the response that I had got till date is pathetic. I had also contacted via email to (i) [protected]@kanpuruniversity.org (ii) [protected]@gmail.com (iii) [protected]@csjmu.ac.in On 10 Jan, 17 Jan and 22 Jan…and so on. Where I got the reply to raise my query via online grievance portal. But this institution is worst on account of responsibility and accountability. I had paid charges twice as told by Asst Registrar but till date I had not received my degree certificate nor refund. No one is helping to figure out where the problem lies with. As I had paid the relevant charges twice, the extra amount of Rs 200/- should be refunded in my favour. Relevant attachment showing transection and registration details are attached herewith. Sir, it is my humble request to please look into the matter and instruct/suggest remedial action to resolve the matter as early as possible and issue the Degree Cerficate along with refund of excess money deducted . Sir mai 2022 me B.A 2nd ka exam de rha ho, mera center "Harivansh Rai Bachchan mahavidyalaya (deeh) lalaukheda, unnao me gya hai .
1. Sir exam starting time 8:30 hai but ham logo ko paper 9 am par diya jata hai, teacher se kal ham logo ne kh aki paper late kyu dete ho to bole hamko jab man hoga tab denge jyada problem ho to university me complain kar do .

2. Mera room 8 hai mere just samne girls ka room hai jisme teacher khud bol bol kar copy karvate hai, jab ham logo ne kha ki aisa kyu kiya ja rha to bole hai ki apke school valo se 5 lakh mange the nhi diya hai to copy nhi kar ayenge,

3. Girls ko shoes and socks allowed kiye hai exam hall me but ham log shoes pahankar nhi ja skte

4. Jo teacher exam leta hai aakar vo pore 3 hours bar bar disturb karta rahta hai, Jin students ko questions nhi aate hai unke sath teacher funny jokes karte hai aur pori class ko disturb karte hai, aaj jab maine mam se bola ki mam mujhe problem ho rhi hai to boli tum jyada padhe ho kya tumko jyada aata. Hai

Sir ek baar aap ek baar aakar khud dekh lijiye kaise ham logo ke sath vyavhar karte hai, jyada kuchh bolne par copy restrict karne ki dhamki dete hai

Dear sir /madam
I had passed graduation B.A. from csjmu in 2017 by private mode . And University gave me an enrollment number CSJMA[protected].
But after I have passed B.Ed. from D.B.S.COLLEGE GOVIND NAGAR KANPUR in 2020 by regular mode they didn't give me any enrollment number. Plz provide solutions regarding this matter.

I have paid the 200 Rupees for the Degree Certificate on 17/06/2022 00:10:25 with RRN[protected] By the Name Aditya Kumar S/O Rajendra Singh, Roll No.- 3028357, email id - [protected]@gmail.com, but the details aren't showing in the University's website.
Please, help me out for this concern as soon as possible.

I have applied for degree certificate for b.ed[protected] on 8 june 2022, 200 rs. Has been debited from my account but the screen shows "an error occurred transaction unsuccessful" i wait and checked for transaction id for few days but it doesn't show transaction no. So i have applied for this again on 16 june 2022 again 200 rs. Debited from my account but again it shows "an error occured transaction failed" ..
Sir please help me i need my degree urgently .
Please look into the matter and refund my extra 200rs. To my respective bank account.

I was applying for MA degree on CSJMU website. When I reached on payment page, as i entered my payment details, money got debited and transaction showing success on UPI app, but on website, it said transaction failed. Now I want my refund. Thank you.

I am an NRI and was need of my degree for some official submission here.
I was very happy to see that university website has option to apply it online. But my happiness became nightmare.
I applied 3 time in last 2 month but no response.Last transaction registration no.[protected]D.
I tried to call university help desk number shown on website but does not exist anymore.
I send email to university help desk but...

I have raised a request to provide my B.Sc. degree on 02/05/2022.
Request get rejected with message a message "Candidate Name and Father Name Mismatch. - ( Rejected ) ".
