Chiara Global Resources Private Ltd — fraud

We wanted to purchase smartphones from these guys over paypal for our first transaction (Or we were open to any secure way to pay), but they refused and only accepted bank transfer.

We were afraid to be scammed, so we've asked them if it is possible to come in person, see the goods and pay in cash. They agreed.

We've asked our indian contact to visit them at their address in bangalore, he called the chiara salesman and scheduled a meeting, no problems.in the day of meeting our contact tried to confirm schedule in the morning, but the salesman's phone was off.

Our contact came to the address and found a coworking space where the salesman was supposed to have a space rented for 10 days in a month, according to the receptionist. No sign after the guy, phone off. No signs of chiara global or any goods anywhere.

The contact always ignored any requests to provide their company information, history, origin of goods, website, etc, but the salesman displayed as a busy and trustworthy person in general.

Originally we would have paid thousands of dollars for the goods they have offered but this way we have fortunately lost just the money for our indian contact's journey.
