My worst experience with a country holiday inn & suites (Chis), don’t confuse it with brand (Country inn & suites)
I have recently become the victim of chis fraudulent tactics forcing me to take their membership, i got into their trap to pay full amount via credit card.
The sweetness and gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later (Taking advantage of the situation that it was 10 pm and our baby was crying)
They had made many false promises as below:
1. During selling of membership, there executive told that the 'annual maintenance charges (Amc) are to be paid once before complete 7 days of trips when checked there agreement, it's mentioned that amc charges are to paid at the time of making booking and no gst applied on it but when confronted on this point to customers care they refused.
2. Regarding refund policy, the executive told that after taking 1 trip we can go for cancellation of the membership by paying only 'administration charges' (15000 flat and no other charges). However they don't mention any such point in agreement. On high request they agreed to send mail mentioning refund policy. On checking the mail i found that, there are other charges also like asf/amc and gst to be deducted extra. (Again a false communication while selling membership).
3. They claimed to have been the affiliate partners of famous brand 'country inn and suites' but when confronted, there executive reluctantly denied this affiliation and told that they have no relation with this group and they are totally separate chain.
4. They claim to have 147 owned properties at different location globally but that's again a false claim from their side.
On asking for refund they are forcing me to take a mandatory trip and then ask for refund which is no where mentioned in their agreement. Keeping all their false promises i don't want to get their membership.
I am utterly dissatisfied with their false promises and their fraudulent activities and i can't be assured how there services will be in future. I want my refund which i have already paid for there membership/ownership.
Yesterday, when i lodge a complaint against them, their manager mr rahul arora told me mark the complaint as resolve by saying he would solve my problem within one day, but in seek of solving problem mutually, he again make me fool by saying they can't terminate my membership. Although there sales representative told us that you can cancel your membership if you don't like anything about our services.
