There customer support and sales support is very poor (I don't know that they are bad or they asked to behave like fools). Initially I have paid 1.5 to them and recently again I have paid my 3 AMCs dues out of 5 AMCs amounted 40000Rs in july 2024, there sales representative promised that pay only for 3 AMCs rest you can pay in 2029 and 2030 (extension years) (this conversation is in written in email). Hi,

I had booked 2 rooms at Country Inn Bhimtal on 9th June for 27th - 29th June 2024.
Unfortunately due to family mishap, we had to cancel the booking. The booking cancellation was initiated on 19th June, all details were shared and CHIS confirmed 100% refund.

However, we've not received the refund even after 10 days.

CHIS is 100% Fraud co. they take 1 Lakh for membership and approx 10K for AMC but if you ask the booking they have 100% occupancy.

On the name of membership they are doing the Fraud.

There are employees work like theft and try how much money collect in which form.

Even they do not provide a single booking after taking the money....

I have chosen this company because of his trust and royalty but every time at the time of booking they are raising issues regarding dues and every time giving offers to clear dues but at the time of booking and making payment there offer is over and asking for more payment also they are asking for payment which i have already done and they don't have even any data for this.

My worst experience with a country holiday inn & suites (Chis), don’t confuse it with country inn.

The sweetness and gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions...

Hi,

The country club guys made all false claims and promises about giving holiday voucher. Then they wasted an hour of our time, and gave a voucher which already had clauses as against promised. Nevertheless when i am trying to use it now (With all its untold constraints), they aren't responding to me at all. Not responding to my mail, chat or phone calls.
This is height of cheating openly.

I have applied several times for holidays giving min 60 days prior information, but am not able to get promised accommodation.
